Refund Policy

At Big Day Creations, we understand that plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our small business.

 

Change of Mind or Cancellations

    •    14+ days before your event:

A 50% refund of the total booking fee will be issued.

    •    Less than 14 days before your event:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund as your booking has already been reserved and prepped.

    •    Same-day cancellations or no-shows:

No refund will be issued.

Refunds Due to Fault on Our End

 

If we are unable to deliver your booked item due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. vehicle breakdown, damage to the product), we will offer:

    •    A full refund, or

    •    A substitute product (if available), based on your preference.

Damaged or Lost Items

 

If any hire items are returned damaged or not returned at all:

    •    The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the client.

    •    Refunds will not be issued for damaged or incomplete returns.

How Refunds Are Processed

 

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
